 Founder's Message
In life, we often invest. Some are fruitful and some are disappointing, and I have had both. Sadly, a lot of people put most of their efforts into wealth seeking opportunities without realising that their health is slipping away.
I too was once stubborn and ignorant towards health care. I felt that I was still young and that health was never my problem. Just as I thought everything was good, I fell sick... It had me hospitalized for almost one and a half month. I felt so painful, scared and helpless. Fortunately, though not fully, I recovered, probably because I was still young. But it had me thinking all over again concerning my life, my health, and my investments...
I started to take healthcare products, from vitamins pills to traditional medicines, but none of them were really effective. I then realised that health is just like any other monetary investment, you need to find a good product to obtain rewards. Finally, with some help from books and friends, through some findings of my own, I came to know about chlorella. I learnt of the potential and positive effects of this natural, nutritious, single-celled plant on human health. Unfortunately, chlorella is generally cultivated in lakes or ponds of water, which is constantly exposed to our polluted environment. They are also subjected to all kinds of organism contamination. Contaminants cause the algae to taste awful and "fishy". So I thought, "Is there a truly pure, hygienic and better taste chlorella that is fit for human consumption?"
Thanks to Japan Yakult Central Institute for Microbiological Research, the development of the Heterotrophic Tank Cultivation method for Chlorella could finally produce pure, hygienic and better taste chlorella. This great invention is widely acclaimed and exclusively patented in Japan, USA, UK, France and Germany. With a desire to try, I started taking chlorella. Within a few months, it evidently improved my health condition. I became totally convinced.
In 1989, following the launch of Abeille d’Or Chlorella, consumers in Singapore and Malaysia could finally benefit from this high quality health food supplement. For the past forty over years, Japan Yakult Central Institute for Microbiological Research continued to improve and upgrade the quality of their chlorella. Numerous tests and experiments were conducted to successfully prove its healing capabilities and positive effects on human health. There are also countless testimonies from our consumers to tell of its reliability; and most importantly, I myself have benefited from it personally.
