Payment
You may pay online using most credit and debit cards via eNETS or make payment via ATM transfer, Bank transfer.

Shipping/Delivery
We process your order as soon as it is received and aim to deliver any item in stock within 7 working days following payment. All orders are shipped via Singapore Post. Shipping rates depend on the total weight of the products ordered and country of the delivery.
Local Delivery (within Singapore)
Free delivery for purchases of $100 nett and above.
For purchases below $100, you can opt for delivery to your doorstep at a flat fee of $6 or by local registered mail.
For customers opting delivery to your doorstep, please call +65 63395045 during normal office hours to arrange the date of delivery.
Note: Please do ensure that your order will be collected by someone and you have prepared the payments for your purchase during the time slot you have chosen. Please be advised that delivery man only have 5 minutes waiting time, There will be an additional SGD 12 charge for those who will exceed the time allotted and also for rescheduled delivery.
Overseas Shipping
Shipping rate is calculated based on the weight of your order and the location and the area of delivery using the Singapore Post shipping rates. Abeille d’Or (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the shipping rates without prior notice.
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Abeille d'Or will not be held responsible for any lost or misdirected returns and damages that are incurred during delivery. Please be advised to use Registered Mail option, or any other safe and traceable delivery method, for any return. Delivery charges incurred on returned merchandise are to be borne by customer.
Abeille d'Or will also not be responsible for any delays or custom charges imposed by the country of destination and shipping time indicated below does not include any unforeseen custom delays. Overseas shipping time normally takes 8 - 12 days.
Customers are advised to check with their local customs office on any duties or taxes that may be imposed. Refused international packages will incur a return shipping charge equal to the original shipping cost plus 15% re-stocking fee.

Exchange Policy (Only applicable for Singapore)
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing only within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- We will require the original tax invoice as proof of purchase from www.abdchlorella.com.
- We encourage you to help us to check for defects before accepting our delivery
